Nicholas's home collectables range are now available through his online store, and you can now order all the items from the home Collectables Collection through the website.
Unlike smaller home Collectables (bowls and platters) larger furniture items cannot be sent by standard mail.
These products will not be delivered from his studio because each piece is made to order and have to go through number of manufacturing processes that create a unique and original piece. You'll need to contact Nicholas by email to make an order and a delivery appointment.
We are dedicated to dispatching your valued order promptly and efficiently according to instructions and will usually dispatch your order within a maximum of 3 working days, or an agreed timescale. Delivery period depends on stock availability, the hour and day your order is placed on using our preferred courier and service. Delivery of items out of stock and commissioned pieces will vary according to schedules, and this will be agreed with the client.
Export is by arrangement and payments are accepted in GBP only. For all overseas orders please contact the studio for individual postage & packing pricing. Postage overseas will be charged at preferred courier rates where applicable or courier service, as appropriate. All shipping costs will be agreed before dispatch. Your credit card will be charged with the amount once the shipping terms are agreed and goods have been dispatched.

Liability for any claim arising will not exceed the price of the goods supplied to you. We shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty, in contract or in any other way. We cannot accept any liability as a result of a failure to comply with specific instructions set out on this site. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

Colours & Sizes
We make every effort to display as accurately as we can the colours of bowls displayed on this site, but regret we are unable to guarantee the true colour re-production of the shades displayed, because browsers, screens and printers do vary in colour output. There will also be a natural degree of variation in colour, size and form of each individual piece due to the handmade nature of each item. Sizes shown on the site are approximate. As all art work is unique and handmade using quality materials, champagne bubbles are a typical feature of kiln formed glass and so this may occur during crafting. As each piece is unique, the description on the website and photographs may not entirely reflect the actual appearance of the final artwork.
Always keep your despatch note, as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and or original condition. We follow these guidelines:
— If you have ordered an incorrect colour and wish to exchange for the correct colour, we shall be pleased to do so, if the merchandise is returned in original condition within 21 days of purchase date.
— All merchandise returned must be accompanied with a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
— Please ensure you use a secure and reliable method to return your purchase. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
— If your order is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the bowl and the reasons for return and whether you require a replacement or a refund. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your artwork please inform us straight away. Items must be returned within 48 hours of delivery in their original packaging and in their original condition with proof of purchase. We can then give you a full refund (less P&P) or exchange for another artwork if required (P&P may apply). I regret that postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
Care of your Glass
Glass can be cleaned with a soft cloth, glass cleaner or a damp cloth with a mild detergent and rinsed thoroughly. The bowls must be dried thoroughly to remove water. Do not allow droplets of water to remain on the glass to evaporate. This will create marks on the surface. Do not put handmade glass in a dish washer. Do not pour hot water directly onto any handmade glass as this is likely to result in thermal shock and break.
Prices quoted on the site are current studio retail prices plus a minimum postage & packing cost of £15 to cover mainland UK deliveries with our preferred courier service. This is a next day signed for service. All prices shall include relevant taxes.
