 This show the strands fully fused that have reached temperatures in and around 800 degree celsius to melt the glass strands together into a glass tile that can be worked further.

 Cleaned once again and prepared over the slumping mould. When an item is being slumped in a kiln over a ceramic mould it must be coated with a release agent that will stop the molten glass from sticking to the mould although the temperature is a lot cooler the temptress are still around 650 degree celsius.

  Once complete this design creates a light optical effect and a simple sensation of movement. The Final design that plays with the eye and also is effected by light that being made from opaque and clear glass creates shadows adding another dimension creating a simple minimal functional work of art.
